A great surprise On a Saturday night in August, when everything was full, we looked for a place with francesinhas and ended up here, about 30 meters from the casino. Luckily, there was a table for two people. We were served immediately and they suggested a place near the counter. The menu focused on northern-style francesinhas, without eggs (you have to pay separately for those who want one). A place that respects what it is without pretentiousness and with good service even when the place was full.We ate traditional francesinha and 1l sangria. We were immediately surprised by the sangria that came in a clay pot, made at home and with a good variety of fruit (contrary to what many people think, sangria is made with more than just apples and oranges. Congratulations to this place for doing things properly.)The francesinhas were very well made, with volume but not overdone, good meat, good bread thickness and the cheese melted to the right point, with homemade sauce (not too thick), and it is made in a wood oven that is visible to everyone.Prices around 15 per person.Very spacious, traditional decor, and the only thing that is wrong is that it is not a little cooler, but without a doubt it is not a point worth considering a second visit. We will repeat and recommend it. Congratulations.

Spectacular francesinhas, the best in Figueira da Foz! The shrimp francesinha had lots of shrimp and the special also had very good tender meat!

The best Francesinha Ive ever try. I tried a lot in even in Porto but this one's are the best. You have to wait more than 30 minutes for it but trust me it's really worth it. Very tast sauce and the ingredients are really really good. Totally worth it.

The appetizers, wine, beer, meals, coffee and dessert were fantastic. They were child friendly and Google translate was helpful with the menu (we already knew what we wanted anyways). Highly recommend!

We have dinner during the week. Only three tables. They attended to us super quickly. We had never tried the francesiña and we ordered 3 different ones to try them all. To each one of them better, the sangria spectacular. Impressive quality. The place is very nice. They have a wood oven where they finish the food. The smell, the taste, the atmosphere... they surround you and make you enjoy all of it. A 10. If we return we will repeat. We loved everything. At the entrance it doesn't look like it's a restaurant... we almost didn't go in and we would have missed the best Frenchies in the world. definitely
